We currently accept refunds but do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, the best approach is to request a refund for your original purchase and, once it’s approved, place a new order separately.
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for opened products. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
